The Model 510 Aligner can be introduced as an upgrade to our customers existing alignment systems. The Non-Contact Aligner upgrade provides our customer with a cost-effective means of improving their existing equipment to current state-of-the-art 3D NCA capability. The existing measurement system is removed, and replaced by laser-based NCA sensors. A new control panel is added to control both the existing mechanical components and the new NCA equipment. The Non-Contact system offers ease of operation and maintenance at an economical cost. MERILab were the first in the alignment industry to retrofit NCA on all makes of equipment (Merrill, Fori, Anzen and Modern)

The current roller modules at your facility can be evaluated and possibly re-used. However, if necessary, MERILab's 510 roller module assemblies can be modified to replace the existing assemblies.
